I would like information pertaining to a public demonstration which took place on the 18th October 2008 in Lands Lane, Leeds outside HMV. This event was heavily policed and I would like you to disclose how many protestors representing the organisation who organised the event (The British People's Party) were in attendance, i.e. how many protestors were in the area immediately adjacent to HMV in the area specifically cordoned off for the BPP? On the day it was confirmed by Inspector Oldroyd as twenty one, can you please confirm this figure was accurate?

During the public demonstration which took place on the 18th October 2008 in Lands Lane, 20 protestors were in the area immediately adjacent to HMV in the cordoned area referred to in your request.

The reference number is given above and can therefore be checked (like the birth and marriage certificates can)!

MOORLAND PRISON

Just Googled it and low and behold it is partly a closed Prison & partly Open. this would explain the pic of White outside the Prison with another Inmate (probably on an outside work party) Well I have done 8 Prison sentences as well as two times on Remand (one abroad) and anyone who knows the Prison system in this Country will tell you, the only people that get sent to Open Prisons are: bent Coppers, white collar criminals the occasional nonce and Grasses. seems very strange to me a notorious and very dangerous Nazi Thug (according to Searclight anyway) would get sent to an Open Nick. Incidentally, wearing a B & H t-shirt in an open nick is no big feat as most cons in those places just want to get out and are usually there because the Prison system has deemed them to be non-violent. Of course, they could've been sent there for another reason - to spy on the other Cons.

Irrefutable Proof. White Lies!

It was reported on this blog some time ago that an official complaint had been made concerning the file White has told everyone (and shown) was left at his house during the alleged October raid. It has been stated publicly that "it is the size of a phone book" by one of White's supporters yet anyone with an ounce of intelligence knew it was a load of bollocks so to put this lie to bed once and for all the complaint was made and a independent investigation took place, the results of which were made public last week. I enclose findings taken from the investigation and hope that those who have been supporting White recently FINALLY see him for what he is - a filthy, lying grass.

O'HARA COVERS FOR WHITE??

Even though the Red "researcher" Larry O'Hara has said in his publications that White is State, it strikes me as strange that at one time he has said that, Dave Owens, the writer of the 'White Lies' booklet is also State!! Bearing in mind White's alleged links to AFA, and also O'Hara's links to AFA, Red Action, Antifa, Class War & numerous other Red & Anarchist groups could this be because O'Hara is actually trying to muddy the water and cast doubt on Dave Owens sincerity & credibility? Police Cover Up For Grassing White.

The freedom of information request that was submitted by KD to West Yorkshire Police has, as predicted come back with a REFUSAL to disclose whether any raids did take place on the day White alleges he was turned over. To put this in to perspective, almost TWO HUNDRED freedom of information requests have been submitted in the past year in relation to various nationalist events and issues and NOT ONE has ever been refused. Yet this one was? One in approximately two hundred? On that basis there was less than one percent of it being declined yet it was when we attempted to prove whether the raid of Nationalist's biggest police informer actually took place! Their refusal is more prrof than we ever hoped for in retrospect - this undoubtedly is indicative of the Police covering for White. Below is the transcript of the West Yorkshire Police's decision which states it would not be in the public's interest (ie White's because he is a grass)to reveal the information:

This letter serves as a Refusal Notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act).

REASONS FOR DECISION

Section 17 of the Act provides:

(1) A public authority which, in relation to any request for information, is to any extent relying on a claim that any provision in part II relating to the duty to confirm or deny is relevant to the request or on a claim that information is exempt information must, within the time for complying with section 1(1), give the applicant a notice which-

(a) states the fact,
(b) specifies the exemption in question, and

Public interest test - In relation to Section 30 – Investigations and proceedings conducted by public authorities, Section 31 – Law Enforcement and Section 24 – National Security, there is a requirement to consider whether there is any public interest which may overcome the harm in confirming or denying the existence of such information in this case.

Accountability and public awareness and debate are factors favouring the disclosure of the information.

Factors favouring non-disclosure are the efficient and effective conduct of the police service and their investigations.

Balancing test - On this occasion, the need to ensure that investigations can continue to be conducted effectively outweighs any benefit from greater public awareness of police operations and the balance therefore falls in favour of neither confirming nor denying that the information is held.

No inference should be drawn from this response as to whether the information you have requested does exist or does not exist.

As per earlier post, here is the confirmation that the people White alleges left the intelligence folder at his house by accident are now being investigated and even better, they'll write when the investigation is concluded thus providing us finally with some irrefutable proof that - White Lies!  

The mere suggestion that West Yorkshire Police would even TAKE an intelligence folder to an address is ludicrous - not least because as I understand it all data is now stored on computer other than notebooks to record events on scene.  It is inconceivable that even if the folder DID exist that they would have ever simply left it there.  It is blatantly obvious to anyone with half a brain (and therein lies the main problem - most of White's followers are retards) that the folder White is producing which has been described as "thick as a phone book" is material he has fabricated himself. Let's not forget we STILL have not had an explanation as to why White's OWN HANDWRITING was on his own alleged warrant!  Interestingly, warrants left by the SAME police force only this week at an address in West Yorkshire vary massively from the one White alleges was used for his property less than six months earlier.  

Let's await the OB's investigation in to this matter - I can't wait to see him wriggle out of THIS one!

Don't know how true it is but someone has told me White WAS actually raided, arrested & charged with something. Apparently, he is happy to have this blog up and running as in his defence he will say he has been a long term plant in the Nationalist Movement and use this very blog as proof!!! This begs a few questions: 1) If a Court of law would believe that, why won't White's supporters? 2) If he really is a plant why can't the Police/Gable/whichever Red group he works for put in a word for him? Well, I can't answer the first question, but the second is easy. Without this blog to fall back on, any ridiculously light sentence he receives would come under scrutiny. Also, for obvious reasons he couldn't very well have Gable give evidence for him in open Court now could he? Some may say, if he's working for the Police why was he arrested in the first place? These same people also believe Charlie Sargent was a State Operative (incidentally, I don't), so hypothetically speaking, let's assume for a minute Charlie was a grass - didn't do him much good did it? 12 years on and he's still sitting in a cell. Short of having a letter off SB telling us White is a wrong-un, we will never know for sure. Admitted, everything (apart from the stuff taken from White's bin) is circumstantial, however, there is so much of it & too many "coincidences" for there to be any doubt in many of our minds. Only time will tell, and in the meantime - if in doubt both feet out.

Over on VNN certain supporters of White are saying he has shown them the infamous Police investigative folder that White alleges the officers carrying out the raid left there by accident!! He further alleges that this folder contained information stating that if any of the BFF or RVF attended the Leeds demo they'd be arrested and sent to prison for five years.  So to conclude, the West Yorkshire Police LEFT THEIR FOLDER AT WHITE'S HOUSE?!?!  During the raid?!  Please.  That people believe this nonsense is in itself quite unbelievable.  That White has spent time either persuading his paymasters over at WYPHQ to create this folder for him or has done his usual trick and fabricated the folder himself to show to the not-so-bright supporters of his is incredulous.  But it did get me thinking...

Tonight I have written to the Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police to lodge an OFFICIAL complaint regarding this folder that White claims was left at his house.  That means once a complaint has been received it has to be investigated.  So let's see if this folder was left there, if it was then there needs to be a fairly speedy official Police investigation in to the matter and White's upporters should be asking themselves WHY White didn't keep that under his belt as most would?  I will also be referring this matter to the Independent Police Complaints Commission if the Police do not proffer me with a satisfactory explanation.

These complaints will clarify whether that folder was ever left at White's house.  I do not believe for a single second that it was - what a load of drivel dreamt only in the mind of a clown like White.  When it comes back that no such folder was ever lost, this will prove ONCE AGAIN that Tony White LIES!!!  I will duplicate a copy of the letter sent to the Chief Constable tomorrow on this blog and any subsequent correspondence.

Read Between The Lines!

As was explained in an earlier entry on this blog, requests were made to West Yorkshire Police under the Freedom Of Information Act pertaining to raids that took place in Leeds on the day White alleges he was raided.  This was one of hundreds of applications made relating to Nationalist matters yet strangely was not acknowledged.  So the author complained and was issued with a notice that they needed more time to collate the data and (this is the crucial part) to ascertain whether disclosing this information may be detrimental to public interest.  That time extension expired on the 20th February and surprise, STILL no response!  This has NEVER, EVER happened previously with approximately 150 applications. There has also NEVER been any mention on previous applications of 'public interest' either - how very strange.

So let's surmise - out of roughly 150 prior applications we have NEVER had a request conveniently ignored until we complained and out of roughly 150 applications we have NEVER had a solitary mention of 'public interest' yet when we want information which would prove White to be a Police grass we are suddenly told it would not be in the public's interests to disclose any information!  Any authority holding information has a duty to disclose it UNLESS certain criteria applies, the most common one being that it contains information about specific people so if a request was submitted which said "I would like to know if Tony White of Armley was raided on the 1st October" they would instantly refuse to disclose BUT if a request is for generic, no-specific-names information they can not cite this exclusion YET it seems West Yorkshire Police are now doing precisely this.  Why I wonder?

Seems to me they might, just might be doing it to protect one of their most prolific informants? I have AGAIN complained to West Yorkshire Police this evening (below).  It is blatantly obvious that West Yorkshire Police are breaching the Freedom Of Information Act to protect a snitch.  And that just is not right so I think they need to be told this.  

Dear Ms. Vickers-Pearson.

You requested an additional twenty days to consider whether a FOI request was exempt under the guise of 'public interest' - this was notified to me in the below email on the 27th January and the twenty day period expired on the 20th of February yet some three weeks later I have not received any additional requests for extensions to this request or indeed I have not received ANY contact from you whatsoever. I consider this at best to be discourteous and at worst a breach of the Freedom Of Information Act. 

The information requested would in no way whatsoever be detrimental to the public interest and there is no conceivable reason for your refusing to disclose it, furthermore there is resolutely no excuse for the unprofessional and generally inept handling of this request for information held by West Yorkshire Police.

I require a comprehensive account of why these repeated incidences of ineptitude have occurred and I also require a full and final response to my request as is my legal right under the Freedom Of Information Act.

This is yet another inconsistency surrounding the entire debacle.  WHY has White not produced the paper work to prove him innocent?  

WHY has he not shown BOTH warrants? 

WHY has he offered no explanation as to why his OWN HANDWRITING appears on the alleged 2008 search warrant? 

If he WAS raided and a stun gun WAS seized as he claims then WHY oh WHY was his licence not instantly revoked?

Because he is a filthy Police informer that's why.

Whilst scrutinising the fabricated Search Warrant that White recently claimed was from his 2008 raid I noticed something glaringly obvious that means this warrant would have been rendered instantly invalid - check out the section where White has written on it - on such a serious, heinous crime you'd think the coppers might have spelt 'inflammatory' right wouldn't you! Unless of course (as we have said repeatedly) it wasn't the Police who wrote on that sheet? The Police would NEVER have made this crude error as it would have rendered that warrant useless and inadmissable as the charge of possessing racially inflammatory material does not exist in English Law - that fundamental spelling mistake means A) It was NEVER written by a copper and B) That's because it was written by someone who it would be safe to say isn't the brightest spark and can't spell, in other words - White. More proof that White wrote that Warrant himself by using old warrants. Now tell me this - why would ANYONE do that? Because they're a wrong un that's why.

Facts.

Kidnapping!

Tony White alleges his Father was kidnapped by Muslims some time in 2001, they say he was forcibly taken, tortured and dumped on the Yorkshire Moors after he made statues of Saddam Hussein with a rocket inserted up his backside and sold them on Leeds market.  Clearly the local Muslims took exception to this and allegedly kidnapped him.  This story was covered extensively in the local newspapers but interestingly nobody was EVER even questioned about it.  More interesting is the very convenient addition of a blindfold throughout the entire 'ordeal' - meaning he was unable to identify ANY identifying attribute of the alleged assailants.  The general consensus is that, like everything else emanating from the magical land of White it was a load of bullshit, that there were too many inconsistencies and coincidences such as:

*WHY wasn't his Father able to provide ANY information about the people he said kidnapped him?  They wouldn't have possibly been able to blindfold him without him seeing something before they did so.

*WHY choose a market trader to kidnap?  It is absolutely absurd that someone selling statues would be chosen when there were FAR higher profile locals more prime for picking.

*WHY choose to kidnap someone of absolutely no importance from West Yorkshire?

Because, like the raid it is believed that it was a load of bullshit.

EAST LONDON & YORKSHIRE "NATIONAL FRONT"

Strange how white's East London & Yorkshire "National Front" blog has gone all quite, not having been updated since 14th January. I take it this is an admission that the allegations against him are indeed correct.

Damning Evidence.

This is purportedly an example of White's handwriting taken from White Lies - note the remarkable similarity between this handwriting and the one on the warrant.  The A's are the same, the lower case p's sit entirely above a line, the writing slants in the same direction at the precise same angle, it appears equally as erratic in style - out of ten people nine agree that the same person wrote BOTH examples meaning White himself put his own handwriting on that warrant, ie it has been doctored.  Also worth noting is the wording UNDERNEATH - it is universally accepted that inserting the words away from the main entry line would without exception necessitate the initials of Officers to validate it yet this did not happen.  Why?  And WHY have all White's supporters suddenly gone quiet over this?  Might it be because they are now accepting that he lied to them too, just as they have ALWAYS known?  

This is MORE evidence that White fabricated that raid - more evidence that Tony White Lies!

The Warrants.

These two files were sent by White in the days proceeding the alleged raid on the 1st October 2008. The general consensus is that these are actually doctored from his Diamonds In The Dust raid and it is most interesting that the one sheet was sent in two parts. At the time White's excuse for doing this was that "i scanned the tops of the sheets in as theyre blipping out i think because of the size" - this of course is absolute nonsense.  Also interesting is the blatant contradiction on the two parts; the top picture clearly states that the search warrant is issued on the grounds of a search for an electric stun gun yet the bottom picture says it is to search for racially inflammatory material - this occurrence alone would actually invalidate the warrant we are told.  Thirdly - note the stark contrast in styles of handwriting on the second picture.  Why different examples on one warrant?  This again does not make ANY sense whatsoever.

White himself produced these documents yet refuses to show the paper work from his Diamonds In The Dust raid.  Why?  It is generally perceived that the copies above are in actual fact doctored ones from his DITD arrest and producing these will prove instantly that the 2008 raid paper work is NOT genuine. However, if that raid DID happen it still does not explain how he evaded his licence being immediately revoked when a stun gun was allegedly taken from the house.  Also, why has White not yet defended himself over this issue?  If White was raided and his tales of a fourteen hour search and seizure of a firearm ARE true then he should have been sent straight back to prison yet he was not.  

Whichever way we look at it there are glaring inconsistencies with this story - and that is precisely what we believe it is.  His followers all know that White told them that the Police left a file after this search which stated the BFF and RVF would be arrested if they attended the BPP demo on the 18th October yet three people reputed to be BFF members DID attend and were NOT arrested!  There was not a solitary arrest that day though White claimed the Police had camped outside his house all day on the 18th then he said they surrounded him on a bus then he said he was in a closed shop with ten men armed with crossbows on the day!!  All of these statements were repeated in front of numerous people even though some of them (the less bright and similarly-alleged reds and grasses) now elect to bury their head and deny it.  Why are his supporters concealing the truth?  

There remain far, far too many unanswered questions and these copies of warrants are certainly only the tip of the proverbial iceberg...  One thig is certain - Tony White Lies.  Again and again and again.  Why Tony?

HANDWRITING

Can anyone out there, maybe someone White has written to during one of his past excursions to Prison, supply a sample of his handwriting for comparison to that which is reproduced in the actual 'White Lies' booklet?? If so please get in touch (in confidence).

This week someone has commenced posting as Kevin Watmough on VNN.  Of course it is NOT KW but what is most interesting is a detail in one of those posts that nobody other than ES, KW, KD and White knows.  It isn't KW, ES or KD posting so it must be White and we see he is up to his usual divisive old information-giving tricks.  Why?

Because he is a wrong un that's why.  Yet more PROOF that White is not to be trusted.

"I don't really know much about Tony White - I know about the problems in Leeds in the mid 1990s and the White Lies report on him. It was very odd that he turned up at the end of the Heretical Two trial in early July last year when the jury found the H2 guilty, as he had not been seen before, as far as I know. We did spot a Searchlight cameraman a couple of days before though, so there may well be a connection. Tony W. managed to identify some of the jurors, which is a considerable achievement even with very good eye-sight, due to armoured glass screens between the public area and the court. Presumably he spotted an identifiable t-shirt, or someone with ginger hair, for instance and then went outside at the same time as the jury, although by different exits, of course. White then identified the jurors outside in the street and followed them around making threats. That would not certainly be very helpful to the H2 prior to their sentencing; they were never sentenced, of course, as they went AWOL. If White is linked with Searchlight then the film could even have been used to help identify the jury..."

PERSONAL INSULTS & LIES

Where are the denials from White? So far all I have seen are personal insults & lies mainly aimed at Kate & Kev by White's supporters. Ridiculous blogs such as the one set up attacking Kate - 'fatdogismissing' that includes obscene pictures but nothing of any substance one way or the other proving whether Kate or indeed White is a wrong-un or not. This tells me we are absolutely right about White as there has been no serious attempt at denial of the allegations by White, just a tirade of childish abuse. In future, unless posters have something valid to White's defence (or guilt) then their post will not be published.

Coming Soon!

Tomorrow we will be publishing the paperwork that White alleged was used to facilitate his alleged raid and arrest on the 1st October.  There is a glaring error on these images which casts doubt over their validity.  It is our belief that White used the paperwork from his last raid and arrest and doctored them to appear as if they had been published in 2008.  We have invited White to show us the ORIGINAL paperwork and the 2008 paperwork so we can see whether they're different but he has so far refused our kind offer.

Developments Over At BFF HQ!

We are pleased to announce that the British Freedom Fighters blog has finally acknowledged that we have uncovered and presented 'proof' that White is a grass.  Check out the excerpt above and note the WITH THE MOST FLIMSY OF PROOF remark - we have been saying for weeks that we would prove White was a grass and even his most 'loyal' supporters now admit we have proven he is a wrong un!

Are We Getting TOO Close?

White claimed on the C18 Guestbook and in 'phone calls to ES. KD, KW, Wigan Mike and others that he was raided for fourteen hours on the 1st October.  To ensure ALL possibilities were covered, the applications covered a much wider spectrum of dates.  Note the letters clearly state they will respond within the statutory twenty day limit.

Three applications under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 were made by a supporter at the end of December 2008 - all of these are listed above and each one relates to raids in the area of Leeds that White lives but not specifically to him as any information relating to an individual will not be published. However they ARE obliged to disclose general facts such as whether any raids took place on the dates White alleges he was raided - in essence as much information as possible was submitted but not actually anyone's name.  If these FOI requests came back with no raids in the area White lives on the day he states it happened then clearly White is proven to have fabricated the raid, fabricated the folder he has shown to people, fabricated all of the tales of RVF and BFF being nicked if they attended the BPP demo etc.  These requests were made twenty nine days ago and to date no information or requests by West Yorkshire Police to extend the period of disclosure have been received.  

The Freedom Of Information Act was introduced in 2000 and made it a legal obligation for ANY public body to disclose any reasonable request pertaining to information held.  The EXACT wording from the Act is available HERE and is also produced below:

General right of access to information held by public authorities

(1)Any person making a request for information to a public authority is entitled—

(a)to be informed in writing by the public authority whether it holds information of the description specified in the request, and

(b)if that is the case, to have that information communicated to him.

This legislation applies to numerous public bodies such as Councils, Courts, various public services, Governmental departments etc and certainly the Police.  There are exceptions, for example (and this may be relevant later on) if national security may be compromised as a result of a disclosure the request can be refused.  Applications are made and then, as the legislation CLEARLY defines HERE that they have twenty days to respond, again the exact wording is reproduced below:

Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a public authority must comply with section 1(1) promptly and in any event not later than the twentieth working day following the date of receipt.

However, the body receving the request CAN request an extension to this twenty day period BUT must contact you within the statutory twenty days to inform you of this extension. This is not good practice - this is a legal requirement.  

Our supporter has made almost two hundred Freedom Of Information requests in the past year and has NEVER not seen the above protocol adhered to fully.  Until the applications concerning raids in the area White lives were submitted...  The generic acknowledgment was received without a problem but NOTHING since.  Why is this? Might it be that West Yorkshire Police are assisting in concealing the identity and the lies of a certain police informer who lives in that very area?!  Might it be that we're getting too close to uncovering White as a police grass and they don't want to see that happen?!  It is absolutely impossible that THREE requests submitted could have gone astray - and this has NEVER happened before in over TWO HUNDRED FOI requests, the vast majority of which were to various Police forces throughout the UK.  Effectively we can conclude this: We get close to exposing White as a police informer and the irony of course is it would be the very people he reports to helping us do it.  This will never happen so instead the West Yorkshire Police are electing to sweep this under the carpet to protect White.  They may also come back and say it may cause a breach of national security (as detailed above) and if this is the case I think this is reasonably irrefutable evidence that White is without doubt a grass. Either way, there can be no other explanation.  

The complaint seen above (bottom) has been submitted to West Yorkshire Police, however I have a sneaky suspicion they won't be in a rush to acknowledge this either.  If they don't then a public protest will be arranged outside West Yorkshire Police HQ.

ARE PEOPLE AT LAST WAKING UP?

Well I could be wrong when I ask are people starting to get wise to Tony White's lies. But I notice his East London & Yorkshire "National Front" blog has one follower less than it did yesterday.

CALLING LARRY O'HARA, CALLING LARRY O'HARA!!!

Well, I would think it's a dot on the cards that the so called "independent anti-fascist researcher" Larry O'Hara has perused this blog more than a few times since it was set up. Has he got any comments he might like to add in relation to the claim he wrote 'White Lies'? If so please feel free to leave them. Obviously, as Nationalists we will take anything he has to say with a pinch of salt but nevertheless, I am sure it will be interesting.

THE RECORDINGS WE ARE STILL WAITING TO HEAR

Well, it's been exactly a week today since White on his East London & Yorkshire breakaway "National Front" blog said he would be putting certain recordings of me (Eddie S) making threatening calls to him. What's the delay then?

Liar Liar!!

I have reproduced the National Front's proscription of Tony White in their latest member's bulletin, I know it has appeared in other places but I felt it was appropriate to put it on here too as it is unequivocal proof that he is a pathological liar! 

Tony white of Leeds is on our list of proscribed persons. Once again he is trying to forment trouble within the NF. He is NOT TO BE TRUSTED and NF members are advised to have no contact with him. He is NOT the Organiser of the NF in Yorkshire, he is not a member of the NF and has not been a member for at least seven years. All his claims to be so are downright lies.

Ed Stanton and Kate Dermody had spent the preceding two months at least warning people in the National Front and those he had duped in to following him what White was up to and what he was planning, our warnings were mostly not heeded and hey presto, just as we predicted and clearly stated, White attempted (albeit rather unsuccessfully) to split the National Front.  He had masqueraded as the NF Yorkshire organiser posting statements which he had no right to do as he wasn't even a member, let alone an organiser.  What were his motives for this I wonder?  What would he possibly have to gain from persisting with these blatant lies?  Again, as we kept saying it was because he was out to undermine the movement and cause as much disunity as he possibly could.  He had attempted to enroll Ed Stanton, Kev Watmough and Kate Dermody by suggesting we assist him in splitting the NF then combine the membership list of the splintered NF group and the present BPP list. All three declined and told him they wanted no part in harming the NF in any way.  I believe he had two objectives in mind when trying to enroll the three afore mentioned; 1) To cause disunity between the BPP and main NF and cultivate more disunity as his ZOG masters want 2) To try and obtain BPP membership details to pass to ZOG.  He failed dismally in both instances as we became rapidly aware of what he was up to.  

Sadly many people still refuse to acknowledge that Tony White lies despite him claiming he was a future NF leader and it was subsequently proved to be outright lies, much the same as everything else he spouts.  We have proven on here he lied about his friendship with Joe Owens (even Joe Owens himself has stated on here White is a snitch!), we have proven on here he lied repeatedly about being an NF member - and we will continue to prove many more lies too.  We can only advise others to wake up to the reality of friendship with White - he is a filthy, vile liar and should be avoided at ALL costs.

Now you admit you were wrong to do so. I was right back then so why is it such an impossibility that I am right, again , only this time about White?

MORE PROOF OF WHITE'S LIES!

White alleges he was raided by West Yorkshire Police on the 1st October 2008.  He further alleges the Police spent fourteen hours searching his property and seized a firearm (a stun gun). This all took place, he was allegedly detained and released that evening despite him being on licence until January.  The following were taken from the C18 Guestbook in the days proceeding this fictional raid and checks at the time confirmed Stuart Hollingdale posted the first one, White the second.

“A well known NF activist ,BPP supporter and RVF volunteer has been arrested yet again for possession of racially inflammatory material. This appears to be a witch hunt against anyone bringing unity and is aimed at those high profile activists doing so,so beware people they're at it again and from what I'm hearing the details given were within a select few. This is what the purveyors of unity get when they try to unite us! The Hotline number or contact number for this person is now in the hands of the state but other contacts are still functional. Further details as we get them.” 

"Subsequent to a request from his family, the following statement is issued to all interested persons: Yorkshire NF Organiser Tony White, was arrested yesterday (1st.Oct.08) for posession of racially inflammatory materials. Given the current climate of back-stabbing and stirring, this came as no surprise to him or his family, as it is his third arrest for the same type of offence. It is also correct to assume that it was an intelligence led operation to arrest him and that the specific information was only known by three people..”

These statements raise some interesting points; White's contribution (the second one) clearly says he is the Yorkshire NF organiser yet the NF have since issued a proscription notice (the Jan bulletin) and prior to this various representatives from the Party stated White was not a NF member, was certainly not their organiser and had not been a member for SEVEN YEARS. He spent a good couple of months issuing all sorts of 'official' NF statements that it seems (and as we stated at the time) were pure fabrications.  This is conclusive proof that White lied for months about being the NF organiser or even a member.  

More interesting is the matter of the alleged raid and what was seized if White is to be believed - and he isn't.  First of all, White was out on licence until January 2009 and the raid took place in October 2008 so this Parole Licence WAS valid.  Had White been raided as he alleges that Parole Licence would have instantly been revoked and he'd have been locked up for at least 28 days. This happens without exception - see the www.paroleboard.gov.uk site for confirmation of this.  Secondly, he says a stun gun was seized, and under current legislation a taser or stun gun is a prohibited item under the Firearms Act 1968 Section 5, 1A, under this legislation a landmark legal case (Flack v Baldry 1988) saw The House of Lords declare that held electricity to be a noxious thing in view of its stunning effect on its victims) and continues to be so even if it is not working.

So... White ALLEGES he was raided and a prohibited item under the Firearms Act 1968 was seized during a fourteen hour search, then within twenty four hours he is simply released by the Police because they tell him there is a safety zone on his licence.  The Parole Board website confirms quite clearly that anyone committing ANY offence whilst out on Parole Licence will be recalled for a minimum of 28 days and the Statute Law website confirms that possession of a firearm is illegal so why oh why did White not see his licence instantly revoked?  When I questioned White about this he alleged the Police told him that his licence had a safety buffer zone yet extensive searches have not yielded a single mention of this and anyone questioned who has similarly been out on licence has ever heard of it. Essentially, any Parole Licence is valid for a stated period of time (usually until the date the custodial sentence would have expired) and ANY contravention of its strict parameters will result in its instant revocation for a minimum of 28 days.  

From this research we are left with prodigious inconsistencies which include:

*Why did White NOT have his Parole Licence revoked when a stun gun (firearm) was seized?

*Why can White not produce Charge Sheets from the raid or any of the paperwork relating to the time the Police allegedly entered and left the house?  The paperwork he has thus far produced is clearly fake as it contains one fundamental error, it is my belief that he doctored his paperwork from his arrest a couple of years earlier - certainly the Warrant lists EXACTLY the same ones as the earlier ones do and I do not believe in coincidences.  Why won't White produce BOTH warrants to dispel this?

*Why did White tell people (Wigan Mike for one) that during this raid the Police left a folder there which stated that if Mike attended the Leeds demo he would get nicked and sent down for three years.  White denies this now yet he told Kate, Ed S, KW and witnesses have confirmed that he rang Wigan Mike and told him this tale too.  It was this little lie that prevented the BFF and RVF from attending the BPP demo on the 18th.  

*Why was White masquerading as an NF organiser and making statements on their behalf about this raid when he was NOT even a member of the NF?

*Why did a witness living in the vicinity of White's house say that Police were not present during any part of the day he alleges the raid took place? 

 

These are just a few of the crucial inconsistencies surrounding this alleged raid.  I am in the process of making extensive checks which will either confirm the raid took place or White is once again lying - I will post the findings as soon as they become available but in the meantime I suggest that anyone who has the slightest doubt about White read the above very carefully.  Tony White is a liar and those who are unable to see this are either deluded, retarded or the glint from their free statue is blinding them to the harsh reality that White is a grass.  

WHY ARE WE WAITING?

How many days has it been now and still no offer to supply us with (or show them to a trusted third party) the supposed paperwork for the "raid", "arrest" & "charges" that White says really happened? How come Mr.White is still walking about and not banged up on remand??

Well, we all know Tony himself has said on different occasions that it was Larry O'Hara in collusion with Kev Watmough, just Larry O'Hara and also Larry O'Hara and certain BNP activists as a "smokescreen". All lies as usual. It was in actual fact the one time activities organiser of Yorkshire BNP (Dave Owens) and his friend Dave Appleyard. If anyone cares to look on the back page of an original printed copy they will see where you could purchase more copies - the address given is the old Yorkshire/Leeds PO Box that was controlled by Leeds BNP Organiser of the time Mick Gibson. In fact the distribution of this booklet was officially sanctioned by BNP Leadership of the time all the way up to John Tyndall who trusted the writers implicitly. Have a look at the scan from the back page - yes, it's not the address of Lobster or Notes From The Borderland is it Tony? No, it's the old BNP Leeds PO Box isn't it?

SEARCHLIGHT

I remember a few years ago now, when C18 emerged. Searchlight was always talking up the Browning/Darren Wells faction - Will was the "Beast" & Charlie the "Ginger Pig". They always do this when they want Nationalists to either follow/take sides with either an idiot or one of their informants. It's happening again. For what he does in Nationalism White is mentioned 3 or 4 times in this Months Searchlight - he is always the "Nazi Thug" or "Hardman", something that will ensure all the would be hardmen will want to follow him. On the other hand, Kev is a glue-sniffer or Kate is a brass. Work it out....

Facts!

Has anyone looked at White's Northern Front Blog today? Another load of lies - what else can you expect from State paid scum??
Lie number:

1) That Peter Rushton is anything to do with the White Lies blog.

2) That I, Kate or Kev have attacked the BFF or RVF. My only worry is that White will lead these basically decent but naive Nationalists into Prison where White's controller Gable wants them.

3) That this has anything to do with anyone other than White. I have nothing against Bob, Stuart, Dave or anyone else who has unwittingy nailed their colours to the mast of a Grass.

4) That Larry O'Hara wrote the book White Lies. Even Joe Owens himself I think will confirm this is not so. Dave Owens, one time Leeds & Yorkshire BNP Organiser wrote it. What White is relying on here is the fact that most of the people he is hooked up with weren't involved in Nationalism back then when the booklet was written. An indication of White's guilt can be ascertained from the fact that all his friends in Nationalism (other than his Searchlight pal Alan Newark) live outside Leeds.

5) That I have threatened him - that's the last thing I would do to a known Police grass, especially one that records most of his phone calls.

6) That I am working with a reporter. In actual fact Bob James & Dave Hill brought him along to the Remembrance Day March in the hope of getting publicity for White's split. This was confirmed two weeks later in a conversation between Bob & BNP Organiser Warren Glass in an East End Pub.
